And finally we have sun again. The night I was blogging with my fleece, my blanket and I was feeling cold. Now I am blogging with my t-shirt. Crazy…
I feel better and I just sow my onions. My tomato plants have flowers and some small beautiful tomatoes.
What else? Oh yes! Yesterday I was reading one article from a farmer’s magazine and I can tell you that they try to introduce pink tomatoes in farmers here. Maybe it’s not big news for you, but here we know only the red tomatoes.
I had sown some seeds for my autumn container garden and these days I have the first green beautiful seedlings.
This is my first year in container gardening and it’s one experimental year mostly. I never grew greens in my life and is something funny for me now.
It’s a strange year I think. After many years we have a real autumn in Greece. I don’t know what happen to nature. I remember some comments in chaiselongue blog where she said that Greeks wish “Good winter” at the end of August. She was right, we wish good winter because we lost the autumn here, we had summer and after we had winter. Last year I swim in Octomber.
But no this year, this year we have a beautiful autumn with soft cold and rain. I miss autumn. Maybe the next week we will have summer again, but now I can joy the autumn days.
