Tomato seedlings
I start my first round of tomato seeds on February 8 outdoor except one plant that sowed in January. The only thing I do to protect my seeds it was to cover the small pots with plastic. We had bad weather so they need more days to germinate. Now I have my first seedlings and I think they are beautiful so let’s see some photos.

I have many tomato seedlings this moment and I am waiting the second round of seeds to grow. I will plant most of them in plot but I will keep some plants in my urban garden also. We have sun and good weather now, so I hope that they will grow soon.

They look great. How did you ever make a choice between all the varieties? This is always my biggest problem.
Black Sea Man is determinate, meaning you will get a harvest in two or three months, then the plant will slowly die. Maybe you already knew this. This means you can use the space for another plant, if you are planning for it. It’s a really nice tomato.
That’s great you’re following a class on bee keeping. It would be great to do something similar around here. I don’t think anyone in my community garden is keeping bees, and it would be fun to be the first. This reminds me, I need to look for good plants to grow to attract bees and insects.
@Patrick the choice it was not easy! It is really a big problem.
First I search informations about the varieties you send me. After that, I try to choose some cherry tomatoes and some big tomatoes. I also search to find some early varieties.
At the end it was the color choice because I want to save seeds from those varieties if they grow normally.
As fr beekeeping it’s funny. I hope (in future) I will buy some beeheeves for plot.
